Project Summary:
OGW Energy Resources, company headquarters Tipp City, Ohio, was able to offer a turnkey lighting solution for Allied Supply Company’s circa 1900’s Dayton, Ohio headquarters. Allied Supply Company’s location included two buildings connected by a pass thru and each building had three floors each. The task at hand was to improve very poor inefficient lighting and give the customer an exceptional Return On Investment. The lighting solution upgrade was a mixture of new and retrofitted products. T12’s were converted to HPT8’s and old HID High Bays were replaced with new Fluorescent High Bays. Lastly, most of the warehouse areas were able to utilize state of the art occupancy sensors.
